Hi

On the 29th of Jan I placed an order on CNA's online website, I still not received my parcel, even though I have contacted them more than 7 times, each time they say they will follow up with the couriers, and they don't get back to me.

I was told today again that I will receive my parcel and still have not received it, I dealt with the lady Ester who handles all cape towns orders, she is totally useless, and makes too many useless promises.

I advise that you guys close down your online store as it is pathetic.
