Ordered pants button missing!

I wanted to buy a pair of pants Type - 7251 Style - 520 Description - Dark Washed Utility Denim Clam on Monday at Truworths Northgate for R280.00 and wanted a 32 / 43 size which the shop did not have, so I had to ask the manager to phone to try and arrange to get a size 34 for me, eventually got it on Thursday today, but no button on the pants.
I am so angry because there seems to be lack of interest or even service from Northgate, the manager wasn't interested either,

I asked for an email refused to give to me, asked for a tell number had to beg!

I will never ever purchased from Northgate ever again, service is just beyond no service, no interest, why have a manager in the shop!

Why did they not check the pants, must customer check the pants!
