Thank you for your prompt and efficient service of leaving a message for me to call you back.
You have handed me over to ITC for outstanding R135. I am now being denied credit by my bank. It seems like your business strategy is a little "off" - from offering me additional credit 2 or 3 times a year to blacklisting me for R135.
This report to ITC will stay on my record for 24months - all for R135. My credit record has been ruined for R135, with no indication that you tried to notify me of this outstanding amount.
Your call agent informed me that "all customers are treated the same" - a great thank you for the 10years of being a great customer and having my account in credit for multiple months. I am ecstatic to hear that now that my account is closed I will be unable to reopen it, you should not be concerned that I will ever purchase from your organisation again.
Perhaps you need to apply some logic or employ some additional measures to reach customers which have overdue accounts.
I would like YOU to clear my name with ITC - if you are able to blacklist me, you should be able to clear me. I look forward to comment and corrective action.
