Good Day

I am very ANGRY with [URL Removed] I ordered Headphonies Micro Speaker - Skully from them on Sunday the 08 December 2013 and paid for it and sent proof of payment on Monday 10 December 2013. After not hearing from them I phoned them they told me that my payment has been received and it will be allocated to the Account Department. On Friday the 13 December 2013 I was told to create a new account as mine was DAMAGED and re-order my product. Which I done. I phoned on Tuesday 17 December 2013 and explained to the Call Center agent what I was told. He then said he has attached my old order number to my new order number and has sent it throw to be proceed. Now I have phoned them again today 20 December 2013 and was waiting for someone to answer the phone after 20 min still no answer. I would liketo know what is happening with my order.
