Still receiving poor service

I am still waiting for the above order to be cancelled.
On Friday the 13th December I was phoned by someone form Kalahari - it may even have been Kerri. I was assured my order would be cancelled and yet here I am on the 18th December 2013 and my order has yet to be cancelled and refunded.

Kalahari what is going on with your service levels??
