If only this type of service existed everywhere

I am in the process of moving and needed some boxes. They are always so difficult to get. Jeanette who in Admin made an appearance to the front of the store (i guess for a break) and noticed that I was in need of assistance. She approached me and asked me whether I needed help. I told her what I wanted/needed and she very politely, sincerely and professionally advised me that she doesn't think that has any boxes available that day, but might receive some on another day (Thursday) when they expect a delivery. She went to go double check anyway, and they did not have. She asked me to check back on the Thursday which I did and she graciously advised me that the delivery did not arrive at the time and she took my number to give me a call when it does. She gave me a call back as soon a she had some boxes. I feel that she went over and beyond my expectation and am pleased. I am in the Service Industry and which we had more people with such a concerning demeanour.
