Simply Box-it
Bad service!

I called Simply box it twice for boxes. The first time they said they would call me back. The second time again they did not and eventually I got hold of Jennifer. They normally deliver boxes, but I said I would collect as I needed them urgently. She said she would meet me in the parking lot of her work to deliver the boxes to me, and that I must call her when I get there. She gave me the address Corner Lois and Bali in Newlands Pretoria. No company name and no street number. I drove to corner Bali and Lois at 08h00. I called her to meet me, no answer. I called until 09h00. One hour of a very busy day wasted, as I am moving! Fuel wasted! I detest incompetent service and I believe people need to know who the incompetent companies are and not support them, rather give business to those that want to work.
