Delivery not received and no Feedback given!

I ordered a product 3-4 weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered within at least a week and has still not arrived. I have called numerous times, each time the person assisting said it would arrive the next day, then they said they would call me back with an updated status on delivery - but I have received NO calls, and have constantly had to follow up with NO response.

This was required for a specific event and I now do not have my purchase, which is completely useless since it has not arrived in time. I would demand a refund, but I suspect they will not respond to that either.

Absolutely useless.
