Smart shopper machine out of order!!!

At 8am I entered the shop to register my smart shopper card and the kiosk machine kept given problems, first it froze then as I went down the 'enter' options it didn't' want to enter certain fields, after a numerous amount of time and effort and 4 ladies later they phoned the pick n pay call centre in Cape Town! I was present when I heard that the manager did complain about this situation before and yet nothing has been done to fix it. This means customers like me will just be sent away as they did reboot the machine as was told by the call centre and yet it still proceeded to do the same problem, I had to leave the shop without my registration and 30 min later. Can you please fix the problem and send a technician, where is the service delivery in South Africa??? This has been reported before and still nothing!!!
