Delivery of damaged goods

We brought a bedroom suit from the above supplier feb 2013 upon delivery the robe was damaged and we advised them not to leave it and the delivery guys refused to take it with. My father went back to the store to let them know, since then we still waiting for them. December 2013 he went back to the store to again advise of the problem and they were just rude and did not assist. We have been trying to contact them to resolve the matter no one is interested and my father is frustrated and wanted to stop payments, he has not done that yet as I believe we can still try resolve. The service is appalling, the store assistance was just not willing to listen to my father no1 was interested in this stupid ZULU man standing in front of them. That's the attitude my father got.
