Rude & appalling service to senior citizen client

On 17/1/13 my father went to Postnet Parow to collect a 36kg parcel. He decided to use a trolley to carry it as his bad back & age (67yrs) wont be able to hold the heavy parcel

My father experienced appalling service & bad attitude by Johan Geers: he refused my father access to the shop with a trolley to carry the heavy parcel. Shocked at his utter rudeness, my father explained that due to his bad back & age, he couldnt carry the weight & asks if Johan could rather carry it if he couldnt use a trolley, to which Johan refused. Insensitive toward my father, a senior citizen, Johan insisted that he & the trolley leave his store & not come back for other parcels as he will not service my companies courier needs

I then phoned Johan & he said: "I dont want to deal with your company & your fathers attitude, go collect your stuff elsewhere & not here anymore". I then told him that he wasnt going to inconvenience me on top of his bad service & rude treatment towards elderly customers & while I was talking to him about treating his customers with more respect, he put the phone down

Is this Johan Geers idea of service, customer care & respectful conduct to senior members of the community??
