Absolutely terrible service

I will exclude all the details of the service I have received with this safe and just focus on what is outstanding.
I purchased a TV stand from Strubens Valley Branch last week Monday. I went on Tuesday to collect it. The wheels broke off the unit when they put it in the car and the doors were not put on correctly. After much debate they agreed to deliver to me next day. When they delivered it (delivery was late) again wheels broke off and doors were not on properly. This was clearly an inferior product. I went and cancelled the deal last week Wednesday. Salesman told me I would receive call from head office next day for the refund which never happened. After 2 days I contacted salesman back. He told me he would get back to me by 11:00 the next day which never happened. I phoned salesman back and he followed up with head office. He told me Darien from head office is processing my refund. I have been trying to phone him yesterday and today and left 4 messages but he has not phoned me back to tell me whats happening with my refund.
Please can someone tell me when I will receive my refund.
