NO DELIVERY

Aproxamitely four weeks ago i purchased some furniture on a package deal from this branch.including in this deal was a lounge suite which i havent received yet.after numerous phone calls to this branch at my expence absolutely nothing ha s happened up till now.ive left messages for the manager to phone me and after a couple of days he phoned me early saturday morning and i explained to him what was happening.he promised to find out what happened and that he would phone me back within the hour... guess what a week later i had to phone him once again on my costs.what a waste of time and frustration.eventually i phoned head office and explained my situation and once agian... sir we will get back to you with an answer... nothing happened once again..today i phoned the branch again and spoke to the salesman who told me that the set has arrived on saturday morning and that i should phone the warehouse who would do the delivery which i gladly did because i am now really frustrated. NOW THEY CAN ONLY DELIVER ON WEDNESDAY.. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT... this is not service furniture city this is absolutely.
