Billing of accounts robery

The billing at Edcon in twisted.
I tried to be a proactive person in December and pay my account early 03 December 2013 on thier system it reflects as November as they close their books on the 7th of every month according to thier call centre agent. so now it shows as I have not payed in December and i have to pay late charges fees and i am put on a list of slow payers with the Credit Bureaux.
