I saw a wonderful advert on the internet from Russels advertising the dstv dish/decoder etc including INSTALLATION for R599! I jumped at this and went immediately to purchase this which was on Friday 10 January! Before I purchases the items I asked mr xolisani when would their dstv installation be done and his exact words were "same day" wonderful! I went and paid! Its Wednesday the 15 January and still NO ONE HAS COME TO INSTAL MY DSTV DECODER!!! I have called xolisani who has made me call their 'no good for nothing installation guy' Tom but Toms phone is either off or he doesn't answer. I received an sms from the installation guy Tom saying that his car is broken so he can't help me! So here I am stuck! Xolisani who works for YOU and promised me SAME DAY INSTALLATION and yet im sitting with a decoder at home but NO DISH AS NO ONE HAS COME TO INSTAL? THIS IS UBACCEPTABLE! I AM VERY VERY UPSET! LIVID! I WANT MY STUFF INSTALLED TODAY OR I WANT A REFUND!
