The water inlet pipe for my Samsung washing machine is blocked and thus has not been working since December 2012. I have phoned Hirsch on three occasions now.
The first time the service consultant did not book my call thus resulting in me phoning back and having to have another consultant book my service again. On this occasion I was given a day and time as to when a technician would come out. No one arrived. Please bare in mind that I am a teacher an cannot be on standby or accept calls during school hours (including extramurals). On the third call the consultant made promises about Mrs Hirsch being told and this being escalated to head office in Durban. Apparently (as I was not home and did not receive a phone call) a technician came out, had a look at the pipe and stated that a new one would be delivered. I am again in the dark and am still awaiting for the Hirsch or the technician to make some sort of contact. This is disappointing as all of the reassurances do not mean a thing now and I will take any futures ones as empty promises that mean nothing -just someone reading from a script for customer care.

This is one reason why I will not waste my time or money at Hirsch again.
