Pathetic service!!!

It has been nearly three months and I am still awaiting feedback. It is a disgrace that management are so pathetic at stores. I first visited the Pavilion store that sent me on a wild goose chase to the Hillcrest branch however, when checking they had what i wanted prior to sending me the use of a product code was beyond their intelligence level and they wasted my time, effort and petrol. I then was told at Hillcrest they would locate the shoe, after a few weeks I visited Pavilion and was greeted by an salesman that proceeded to convince me it was my fault i had driven to Hillcrest as that was what i asked for. Never the less, Pavilion promised to locate the shoe, three months later I am still waiting for this call.

The point is, I understand the incompetence but I would respect the store if I was not promised things continuously and then my time wasted. If they wanted me to shop at sportsman warehouse they could have just pointed me in the right direction as that is exactly where I located what I wanted and will continue to shop there going forward.
