Poor service for goods advertised

Shoe available at shoe gallery chatsworth with no sizes, system enquiry made and found the shoe available at pavilion with 4 pairs available in the requested size.on arrival at pavilion poor service revealed no such shoe existed even with a picture and code given.multiple unsuccessful calls to gateway and chatsworth were made and still no record of the shoe could be found.service was slow and inefficient and disappeared for lunch at times.
