Unprofessional handling of inquiries

I sent a complaint last year and the service department responded by saying they will contact me. However they have been really unprofessional and have never contacted me. The company that i work for wanted to purchase a washer & dryer for our lab. We require technical information about 2 models that were suggested. We require the technical director to contact me urgently.
