Bad service, pass the buck, need I say more!!!

I bought a Whirlpool Tumble dryer last year, and had trouble with it. I reported it to Makro and they arranged a whirlpool technician to come and service it. Whirlpool was there and explained there is nothing wrong with it "it's just the way it works". Well I went back to report it to Makro, and after waiting 45 minutes for someone to help me they just arranged with whirlpool for the "same" technician to come out again!!!

Best of all the technician did not bother arriving at the scheduled time!!!

Makro, I would appreciate it if you send your people to come and collect it and give me a credit for the tumble dryer. I would also then like an apology for the very bad service. I think your staff need training on how to take responsibility for issues that customers do experience.
