Dec 2012 i was attacked robbed n my watch ring and earings were, i went to police logged in a case then submitted my claim for my engagement ring at Americam swiss mall@carnival. i received no feed back till i started calling the shop mid feb in which i then received a letter from insurance dated 01/02//2013 saying i still need to submit the same docs after numerous call with no response. i was made to take the forms again and certify them which i did still in feb and now its march still no call or letter. how long does it take for them to investigate one case!! i am not happy with the service and will never take any insurance anymore with them as they take their own time resolving this matter and the insurance has never bothered to call me as a client for an update and the shop too doesn't care as i bought my ring from them and they sold me this incompetent insurance.is it my job to follow up all the time coz when i dont nothing happens if so why was i not warned about this before taking it so that i could have had the choice of choosing my own insurance. this hurts as this is not just any ring but my engagement ring and its special to me and my husband. pls assist!!!
