I will never buy from them again!!!

My engagement ring's stones kept falling out, we replaced it 3 times.By the third time my engagement ring was made smaller (no idea why they did that) and my ring had split when it was returned. We wanted our money back but they refused saying that we should get another ring instead and the value of the ring dropped by 50%. I am very sad and angry about this, customer service are obviously not a priority with them.
