After purchasing items from the website on Thursday, 21 November 2013 I soon after realized the items would not be delivered in time to their destination (for a small school in Port Elizabeth's Xmas party). Regretfully I then had to notify the company that the order needed to be cancelled this was done via phone. Shortly after I received notification on 29th November that the items were being dispatched for delivery. I then sent two emails notifying them of the cancellation discussed and that these items were not to be delivered. After sending further communication on 3rd December I finally received notification that Parcel A was cancelled but not Parcel B. Parcel B was delivered, rejected and again I spoke to a representative on the phone regarding this. He said the amount would be credited on my account and I could have this returned to my credit card used to pay for the items originally. Tuesday 24th December this was finally actioned, now however there is no option to return this amount to my credit card only bank account. I have sent three emails in the past week to get this resolved and have had no response. This is unacceptable and would like someone to sort this out.
