Rude to custome

3 months ago a complaint was laid regarding a mattress. Siphiwe was helpful at first with follow ups, however nothing has been done to solve this problem. When visiting the shop today in order to get my money back he was extremely rude, arrogant, unprofessional and basically called me a, after which he stood screaming and attacking us in the store. My daughter, an adult was told to shut up when standing up for me. This is unacceptable as I have been more than patient with this company and not only has nothing been done about it, but I was ill treated by both staff and management.
