I am always disappointed when visiting the Promenade, Mitchells Plain store as I receive the same stinking service over and over again. The staff are sarcastic and not helpful at all. I once asked about a new phone and before I could complete my sentence I was told by the shop assistant I'm wasting my time because that phone is just useless, now I don't know if he thought he was being helpful, but to me that was just rude. The other thing is that they never ask if they can assist you and they have the most rude of attitudes and some are even arrogant. its never a pleasure to visit the store as there is always some kind of family member visiting the store and they would keep the shop assistance busy with what's for supper questions. I don't think its rite what is constantly happening at this store and I hope that someone will see to the people working at this store. The staff need to grow up and acknowledge that they come to work to work and not to play and make others feel like they are for not knowing about the latest in technology.
