Pleasantly surprised by great customer service

My girlfriend loves litchis, but unfortunately has great difficulty finding any left in the shops. On Sunday she phoned the new Pick 'n Pay in Cavendish to enquire on their litchi supply. A very friendly young gentleman, named Leonardo, answered and promptly and efficiently went to check if there were any in stock. It turns out there were, so off we went to Cavendish. Huge bag of litchis in hand, we walked past the meat section. We spotted some excellent-looking, but very thick cut, steaks. My girlfriend enquired at the butchery section if it was possible for someone to cut them in half, as they were really thick. A very friendly young gentleman promptly and efficiently set to work in accommodating our request. It turns out it was the same Leonardo who had answered the phone earlier. How rare it is to be so pleasantly surprised by great customer service. Thanks to Leonardo we completed our grocery shopping with smiles on our faces, and that never happens. Thank you Leonardo, I hope this post leads to a nice reward for your great attitude!
