Great service from Diep River SAPS!

I went into the charge office at Diep River Police station todat to open a case for. I was expecting the usual indifferent service level that many people in SA have become accustomed to from the SAPS. Well I was very pleasantly surprised! I was assisted by a gentleman named Damane, who had such a friendly and helpful attitude. He listed to my story, then very efficiently completed all the paperwork. I got my case number there & then. 30 mins later I reecievd a call from another officer at the station, just to confirm that I did receive my case number, and asking whether I wanted to them to proceed with an investigation, as I had informed Damane that I purely needed the case no. for insurance purposes. Well done Diep River SAPS!
