Placed order-delivery was due on 23/12/13. On 20/12/13, had missed calls. When listened 2 voicemails, 1 was from driver stating he had delivery 4 me-left no name or no. Had 2 work out which missed call was his no. Got through eventually-he said he was from Fedex. Sms I got from Takealot said delivery was from Mr Delivery Express. Told him wasn't expecting from Fedex. He asked for address but I wasn't sure he was who he said he was, I refused & asked 4 his name & company tel no so I could call 2 confirm-he hung up & no delivery. Called 2 complain-Dudley assured it would be resolved. On 21/12/13 another sms 2 say it was coming-was days before Xmas & couldn't be home all day so I called 2 arrange delivery time-again nothing even though promissed. On 22/12/13 another sms to say it was coming-again I couldn't be home to wait. Spoke 2 Shiefa-was promissed delivery by 9am on 23/12/13 but again nothing. I had told them I would wait until 9 but then had 2 go out. Both Shiefa & Barbara Nash did not seem to care how they were inconveniencing me & were rude & didn't want to "hear me shout". Had 2 cancel order & go look 4 items in shops. They were awful & I have spent THOUSANDS with them!
