Its not everyday that we experience excellent customer service but when we do, the least we can do is commend as that will help sustain organisation. Its because of this reason that I wish to commend JB's Corner at Clearwater Mall Johannesburg. We went out the past weekend on 01.06.2013, on arrival we were offered a 6-Seater comfortable spot despite being my girlfriend, myself and our 5 months old son, also not to mention that it was busy and packed [the month-end rush]. The staff was friendly, drinks were nice & chilled like all times, just a great atmosphere overall. Just as the delicious food was served my son became restless started crying very loud due to lack of sleep and we took turns to try and relax him so he could sleep. Now the food is served and its my turn to attend the baby that, the owner called one of his female staff and he said "Will you please help the gentleman here with the baby, let the man enjoy his food and the beer so long" :-).. That lady took my son and walked the floor a bit in no time he was asleep and we really enjoyed our meal, had a great conversation, drinks while that lovely lady was comforting our son in his sleep. Thanks a lot and keep it up!
