On Monday 23th December I stepped into Pick n Pay Main street to do some shopping. Then me and my girlfriend urgently needed the toilet. We saw a young gentleman Keith Snyders and ask him if there were any toilet facilities available on the premises. He did explain to us how to get to the toilet, but he took his time to guide us to the toilet. I feel that he has done a great job by taking us personally to the toilet facilities. That is he kind of people that makes PnP a strong company. Thank you Keith we really appreciated your time and effort to escort us to the toilet. Your customer care is exceptional.
