It is not every day that you walk into a supermarket and get the entire team that is friendly and will to assist, from the fresh produce to the tellers they all have a smile on the face and are generally pleasant. I have been to may pick n pay store and never experienced excellent service, as i do at the Fairlands Pick n Pay. I am not sure what it is cause there trading hours are also longer than most stores, but in every department the staff are warm and friendly and will to assist and sell more that you want to buy. Great for Pick n Pay. its often i am quick about complaining. Today i just want to the staff at Pick n Pay -Fairlands to know that they are doing an excellent job and i hope their great attitude continues and the people at head office notes that they are making a difference in the fairlands community. Keep up the great service.
