I made a purchase on 15 august and returned the goods the following day i was assisted by a lady by the name Busi gadebe who claimed she refunded the money into my account. the money did'nt reflect and i went back to her and she said she would call her head office, after keeping me waiting for about 45 minutes, she then told me that the money would reflect the following day. i then called their customer care and spoke to a lady by the name of Dumisile who told me that i needed to go back to the store and request the manager to assist me in giving me a cash refund as the transaction that was made would not reflect because my account is neither a cheque account or a credit card. i did as advised but busi refused to help me, she refused to call the lady that i had spoken to and said she could not help me any further. i am still to receive my refund. please assist. i will NEVER enter an edgars store after this horrible experience.
