DECLINE

I have been a customer of Truworths for more than thirty years. It's a shame to see the decline of customer service and lack of interest.
I visit the Truworths Cresta store on a weekly basis as I am in the Modelling Industry and always check the trends and what's happening for my models.
Every single time over the last 2 to 3 years I've seen the same thing... When you go nto the store, the sof'as at the shoes section which is supposed to be for clients TRYING ON shoes is occupied by weary, lazy public bones. People stretch out there and probably wait for someone. Never mind that you want to try on shoes and have no place else to sit. The people manning the shoe department don't even budge or ask them to move. You are forced to basically stand up and try on shoes.
I have mentioned this THREE TIMES TO HEAD OFFICE, when they call and ask about service at the store. They say they will let the manager know. IT'S STILL HAPPENING PEOPLE.
The other thing is the staff, are always chatting around the ladies change room. I was trying to find someone on the floor to help me the other day. Went to one of them at the change rooms to ask for help, and they continued to first finish their talk
