Online / Email statements not being updated / sent

My mom holds an account, I'm a 2nd card holder but manage the account for her

This is not the 1st time I've experienced this problem. A few years ago, I requested emailed statements, it took forever to resolve. Early 2013, I requested the same (new email) & this is yet to be actioned. After requesting the change, I've had to follow up 3 times (last time - 2 Jan '14) & await to see what will happen this month.

The lack of e-statements weren't a big concern as I can log onto the website to check my statements. Mid-2013 my online statements have not been reflecting. I made contact in this regard 3 times. 1st time, no action. 2nd time I was told it would be updated in 48 hours, nothing happened. The last time (2 Jan '14) I was told that it would be updated in 24 hours... still nothing.

I've lost my patience. You are quick to call if people owe you money but yet when we contact you... nothing gets done.

I don't care to hear further excuses/explanations nor do I want to receive phone calls/emails. Fix it, STOP WASTING MY TIME & tell me when it's done!!!

FYI - Faiza & Ntombi are not responsible for the problem but unfortunately they are the last persons I was in contact with
