Fitted suit damage and non compliance

I had a fitted suit made at Tailors Cape Town, Milnerton branch.
They messed up the jacket shoulders and arms completely by stitching it together completely wrong.
They do not want to admit it's wrong, when every tailor I've been to laughs at how it looks.
They made the arms too low, so it looks like my arms are coming out of my rib cage instead of my shoulders.

I've asked for my money back... they get really rude.
I've offered to pay for the rest of the suit (pants, waistcoat) and then i'll get someone who can fix the jacket to fix it and just deduct that from the total amount for the suit... they got even ruder.
I've said i'll go to the CPA and they said "They're not scared of the CPA".

Please, don't use Tailors Cape Town. They start out all nice promising things and when you ask them to change or take in something to make it smaller or make the pants longer, they want to charge you extra because they messed up in the first place.

I know they are cheap, but you'll end up paying more in the end.
Please be warned... don't use Cape Town Tailors... Milnerton Tailors!
