1000806822 refers. ordered 2 items. one was not posted after 11 calls callcentre said they 'overlooked' the item not in warehouse. i cancelled. asked for full refund of 1329.03 - however the amount seemed to dissapear each time i phone . every time a different perseon answers and have NO knowledge of said refund. eventually ashly adams promised ill be refunded within 3 days. that was 2 dec. again 9 dec. again 15 dec. again 17 dec. after 49 phone calls and 19 UNANSWERED EMAILS he sent me and admitted by mail that the account was wrongly negative balanced and that it will reflect on my card by 21 dec. i phoned just after xmas and again he promised to give 2 MORE DAYS. TWO DAYS LATER HE WAS NO LONGER WORKING THERE .! strange...? kalahari refuses to submit proof of payment and i refuse after all these calls to again phone and mail and then drive to the bank to pull a statement on my own cost. submit and settle otherwise i will take legal action. your service and your callcentre really doesnt have a clue what you need to do to support `(ex) loyal customers.
