Taking 3 items of clothing into the changing room at this particular branch of Truworths is like going through customs at an airport, in fact worse! Firstly each coat hanger is counted. Then, each coat hanger is shaken vigorously a few times. Then, each items of clothing is felt through from collar to hem. Finally a number is issued and you can proceed with the trying on of the items.
This is a disgusting state of affairs. No other retail outlet subjects their customers to this kind of blantent mistrust..
Get yourself some proper anti machines at your exits, spent some of your profits on anti devices, but do not treat your customers like common criminals. Never again will I be subjected to such a demeaning display by your Changing Room staff member.
