Hung up on- no apology

I am currently on hold at your CNA store in fourways, i was put through and asked for a bankers box 2 pack for storage (I have a sample in frontv me).
The lady didn't hear me and said "What?? " on the phone. Is that the phone etiquette Edcon staff are trained on? Is this just an Edcon issue I have at every store of yours I visit?
Anyway I held the line then someone came back on, I heard them pick up the phone and hangup on me. I called straight back and told the same woman that someone hung up on me just now and her response was "Ok". No apology, nothing
I dont choose to shop at Edcon stores to be treated like I am doing you guys a favou
