I have reported this on Hello peter please see the previous report dated 27th Dec. I had spoken to the manager and arranged to pick up vouchers from Jet/Edcon as a token of apology for the incident. I went in yesterday Thursday 9th Jan and spoke to the store manager. He asked me to come in today and collect the vouchers as they where not ready for collection. This is what gets my goat, he was not in the store today. I asked the staff and they all informed me that he had stepped out. I specifically told him, I had a really busy day and would make time between 14h30 and 15h00 to come into the store. HE WAS NOT THERE. This blatant tells me that Edcon and Jet don't see as an issue and would rather brush it under the rug then deal with it. Well I am not prepared to. I have called me Publicist and she is arranging interviews. I have again put the story on all social networks and hash tagged Jet and Edcon. I want the social conscious manager or above to contact me so that we can discuss this matter before I see my lawyers on Monday and do an official complaint against Edcon and Jet stores.
