Warranty and Guarantee (Ref numbers 3642/3679)

I took my Tv for repairs to The Glen branch on the 3rd of December 2013 and received a reference number 3642.
On the 26th of December 2013 I received a call to say that my Tv is fixed and ready for collection.
When I received the TV I asked them to test it for me and the original problem still persisted and was then sent back for repairs and I received a new reference number 3679.
On the 3rd of January 2014 I spoke to Cynthia the store manager and she assured me that she would come back to me with feedback by Monday 6th January 2014.
She subsequently have not come back to me with feedback and I decided to phone the store myself and ended up speaking to one of the consultant at the customer care desk and she also promised to phone me back in 15 minutes which did not happen as well.
On Tuesday the store manager contacted me and informed that my tv was sent to the suppliers and today i got a call from the store manager again telling me that the supplier does not have spares.
To be very honest that is not my problem as i am without a TV for 5 weeks now.
Can someone please help me to have this resolve as i seem to get nowhere.
