Samsung Frigde not Working, took too long to fix

We bought a fridge from Game Kokstard, we also bought en extended warranted for it. This fridge stopped working and when my mother went to them they told her the policy was short by R1. I then intervened, they agreed to fix it as it. This was in November 2013, they have not fixed it. I called game head office today (10 January 2014) spoke to a lady called Joulin "who did not give a ", they told me someone will come.

This is the same story from the branch, the person doing the work for them is not available during the day only very early or late in the afternoon "using a land line".

Game is taking advantage of customers from these small town. They will say the person will come from Durban or where ever. they do not have sense of agency, they know clients will buy from them.

they are just incompetent when it comes to help people from small town
