I bought stuff on Zando in November 2013 I requested a return for two of the things on different dates one on the Friday and the other on a Monday.

The one got picked up and returned to Zando, and I had to follow up about my credit, when i called they had received the goods but had done nothing about the credits. Now I'm STILL waiting for the courier company to come collect the 2nd return its been over a month now.

Yesterday 9th of January 2014 i spoke to the 3rd person about this and she assured me that collection will happen today and the courier company will be in touch by 11am it is now 15:00pm and I haven't heard a thing from them. They have both my cell numbers plus work number. I wonder what the excuse will be this time. I am so disappointed with Zando really enjoyed shopping with you guys but after this I am not too sure anymore.
