I placed and paid for an order on Thursday 26/09/13.

Sharri emailed me to say my goods would arrive by her on Friday and by me on Wednesday. She later told me her supplier had sent the wrong stuff and my order would only come in around mid-late October as her supplier had no stock. I didn't mind waiting as it was just a small random gift for my boyfriend.

I emailed in Mid October to follow up and the ETA was changed to month end. I emailed again at month end to be told my stuff would arrive in the first week of November- I replied asking when I would receive the goods as I am in Durban. My email was ignored.

My email on the 11th asking if the goods were in and when I would receive them was ignored too.

I emailed again on the 12th to tell her I was not happy with the service and that she must either fulfil my order or refund my money so I can get the goods elsewhere. Still no response.

I've tried phoning twice but subscriber unavailable. My Facebook message to her also remains ignored.

I'm frustrated because all I wanted was a little gift for my boyfriend but I end up being victim to this woman.

I wonder how many times this has happened and not been reported.
