Long queue at game MENLYN

What's going on at Game Menlyn? Stood in the Q for more than 20 minutes to pay for my purchases, 20 minutes before lunchtime.
Eventually I left without my goods as the Q was to long to wait any longer.
The sad thing is that I was not the only one that left frustrated.
Now you guys need to unpack my trolley and put everything back on the shelf.
Cleary poor planning from the Branch manager and the Game team.
Went to customer service to find out what was going on. Don't bother because nobody was behind the counter to assist.
In my Q, 11 customers were before me.
Shame on you.
Went to Menlyn Hyperama. Bought my goods, and could pay in less than 5 minutes.
