I had my Windscreen fixed 19 Dec 2013 I went back cause the windscreen water wasn't connected, the wiper blade was damaged and there was water dripping on the passengers side.
I explained to the lady (not very friendly) and she said to bring the car in. When I did she said I must leave it as they are very busy now. She called me after 13:00 and I fetched the car. The worker explained that he didn't damage the car. On my return home (3 minutes away) I saw that the bonnet was bent and went back. She (receptionist) asked what now. I explained my problem and she said its not their fault. I went home and called the owner. He said I must go back he is there.
Firstly he saw me and then still went to finish his stuff "at the back"
secondly when I came out he made me a fool by explaining that the water cant run up the windscreen on the inside.

Personally I wont recommend ANY of my friends or ANY one I know to make use of them. Just a pity I cant whats app and bbm this!!!
