I usually receive my Edgars statement after the 15th of every month, around the 18th. I just forgot to pay my Edgars account this month, a human error. No one called or sent me an sms or anything. Then I get a sms today saying a slow payer listing has been added with Transunion. After that an sms saying payment is due today & regular payment will ensure a positive record. i immediately paid R500, went to check my statement, saw the total due was R610.94. 10min after a paid an extremely rude & imcompetent agent calls saying I'm behind on my payments. I told him I paid R500, will pay the R110.94 now. He says no, statements ran on the 7th I should pay an additional R640 or I will still show behind on my payments. Even after I told him I wont pay untill I receive a statement, he kept on saying I must. How can you employ such imcompetent people who cannot even speak proper English? You should know that if I do a credit check & find that you have actually listed a slow payer alert, I will not leave it here. You are a bunch of fools, not knowing whats going on in your own business & allowing your imcompetent staff to be as rude as they wish to your customers. Consider my account closed
