Renew-it Randburg
Doesn't Deserve its so called Certifications

In short:
Renew-It did a whole lot of damage to my car. Literally f@#%% my car up.

In full:
car was booked in on the 23rd of September, which we were told it would take a week to fix the windscreen, bonnet, and bumper. It took them almost a month.

Upon receipt of my car the following was damaged.

During disassembly of the windscreen:
- Cover for the driver's side airbag, is loose, and falling off all the time when driving
- Outside Plastic trim for the windscreen is missing
- Outside roof trim is damaged, and is loose
- The LCD display on the dashboard now has intermittent display issues. Some of the segments don't display

Other Items:
- Driver's side door panel, a clip went missing
- Front Chrome indicator globes went missing, Renew-It told me they cant replace them as Honda no longer sells them. I did called Honda, and they do have them
- The windscreen washer bottle is damaged and can no longer hold any water
- Bluetooth Microphone speaker jack was damaged when they were disconnecting it.

I was told the parts ordered would be delivered on the 24th of November. I am still waiting for them to collect the car and fix outstanding problems
