3 Weeks and still no Coffee Table

Very disspaointed with attitude and service or non service from Coricraft Morningview. On Saturday 19 Jan I puchased a "LEE COFFEE TABLE" I wasadvised by Marcel that it the table should be ready for collection on Thursday 24th but this would be confirmed. On Monday I received two SMS messages from Coricraft advising that the order is nearing completion and that I should expect a call from teh call centre. Great I thought, this is happening faster than Marcel promised... I was wrong, that weekend the 26th I called Marcel to ask if I could collect, he siad it had not arrived as there was no a space on the truck, that was clearly a standard scripted response which I'm sure they tell all their customers, it's a coffee table for goodness sake, it's tiny, he clearly showed NO INTEREST in my call and promised to call me on Monday, this did not happen, I called him on Wednesday and he remembered me thsi time and confirmed that table would definitely be arriving on Thursday and that I could collect on Friday or Saturday, he also said that I would receive a call. Once again, NOTHING Happened... My Wife called him on Saturday and he says he tried to call me on Thursday but could not get
