This is a third query that I am logging today. I have an account with you. 2 months ago I discover that my account is R10000 more than previous amount. I enquired from Lewis store they told me that I took a bed and plasma TV. I told them that they are crazy. Yesterday I have received a call from my extended family she told me that its her good that are under my account. I told her that she must ask Best Eletric to phone me. Nandipha called me she told me that this family relative has a bad credit record and they have decided to use my mom account to take goods for her. If this is not please tell me what is. The relative never paid my account she only paid R1000 now. Good Lord what is wrong with these sales people. I cannot believe that your staff can be greedy for sales to an extent of fraudulantly openning an account without an consent from the owner of the account. Please sort this mass out I am going to media to report this how dare you.
