Electric Express
Damaged TV

Hi,
We bought a TV last year from electric express and found out that the TV is damaged and does not switch on most of the time. The TV was bought cash. We went back to electric express which is not under Joshua Doore and reported the TV which they happily took back for fixing which was earlier this year around February/March.

Everytime we enquire about the state of the TV we get told that the TV is being tested, but no concrete answer. We spoke to Billy from Joshua Doore who gave us a lot of attitude and said we mus find electric express if we think we know better.
